Welcome to the
Anglican Church of St. Paul, L'Amoreaux, in Toronto, Ontario.
This website is designed to acquaint you with our beliefs, our
personnel, our ministry and our mission (look here for a simple introduction to basic Christian and Anglican beliefs).
We are a multi-cultural congregation,
united in the mission to grow in Jesus Christ and to reach out
in His name (take a look at us here). A new Immigrant Support Program is available with a job-finding club, a mentor's program, guest speakers and special events (check here).
St. Paul's is an active parish, reaching
out to young families, teens and children, with many events
and opportunities for
service (see our families and youth page). Over the last eight years a new Junior Choir has been established (click here).
In a variety of ways, St. Paul's serves in the community through the support of national and local Anglican agencies, through the support of community social services, and through local initiatives (information here). Since 1978, we have been the host for a seniors' residence
and share an integral relationship with the award-winning St. Paul's L'Amoreaux
Centre. In the 1970's, St. Paul's was one of the sponsoring churches for Agincourt Community Services, serving those in need in the immediate community.
The liturgy at St. Paul's reflects
a strong emphasis on preaching, hearty singing and a
participatory and ordered liturgy (here).
